13 Lampshade

Lampshade from our Trencadís collection to use with a glass and a candle. This Catalan term designates a mosaic made of pieces of ceramic tiles – usually abstract in design – characteristic of modernist architecture and, in particular, of Gaudí’s work. One of the most emblematic modernist spaces in Barcelona has been used in the illustration: Park Güell. As a detail, in the original trencadís, the number 13 appears inverted.
